The Warehouse:

Warehouse Public Parking Map

(1) The Washington Street Garage, located behind The Warehouse on Washington Street, offers parking to students.  Students must purchase the permit in the lobby at the main entrance of the garage between the hours of 6am-6pm Monday through Friday (please contact the garage directly for current rates).  Students must show a valid SUID and pay by cash or check in order to obtain the permit. Credit cards are not accepted   The garage is open Monday through Friday from 6am to 10pm, and is closed Saturday and Sunday.  The fee to open the garage after 10pm is $50.00.  Students may purchase daily parking in the garage at the current day rate price. 

(2) Just to the east of the Washington Street Garage is a surface lot facing Franklin Street, managed by Allright.  It is not attended but it has a ticket machine that accepts cash or credit cards.  The lot has daily, evening, and weekend rates.  Please visit the lot for the current rates.  

There is also a  monthly permit rate for the lot.  The permit is valid in the lot 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.  A monthly permit can be obtained by filling out and submitting an application form along with a check to Allright Parking Services, 110 Harrison Street, Syracuse, NY  13202.

Copies of the form are also available at the Syracuse University Parking and Transit Services Office.

(3) A second lot managed by Allright is at the corner of Franklin and West Fayette Streets.  This lot offers an "early bird" rate valid all day for vehicles parking before 9am.  For cars arriving after 9am there is an all day rate.  This lot also has a ticket machine that accepts cash or credit cards. A monthly permit can be obtained following the same procedure as the Franklin Street lot.

On street meter parking is available on Fayette and Washington Streets.  Meter parking is valid for two hours.  Meters must be paid between the hours of 9am-6pm Monday through Saturday.  Nights after 6pm and Sundays are free. 

Students with valid SU permits can park in The Warehouse East and West lots after 5pm on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday on a space available basis. The lots are gate-armed requiring an access card, which can be obtained from Parking and Transit Services.
