The Department of Public Safety performs hourly patrols of the campus owned garages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The campus performed a lighting study and it was determined that our garages met the required standard. All garages are re-lamped every 3 years and individual bulbs are replaced as needed.  All garages have campus blue lights in them on every level for added safety for the patrons. All garages are secured with either 24 hour lock down or a combination of staffing and lockdown. The only facility that is not secured after business hours is The Irving Garage which will undergo a feasibility study in the Spring of 2008.
